EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
Mr. XU Jihua is the chairman of the Group and an executive director. Mr. XU is principally responsible for the Group’s overall business strategic development. Mr. XU has more than 18 years of management and operation experience in the logistics and coal operation industries. In 1996, Mr. XU acquired Qinhuangdao Development Zone Qinfa Trading Co., Ltd., a member of China Qinfa Group Limited and has led the Group to become a leading non-state-owned coal operation companies in China in terms of annual coal trading volume.

Ms. WANG Jianfei is the chief executive officer and an executive director of the Group, and the vice president of China Energy Association. Ms. WANG is principally responsible for the Group’s overall management and operation. Ms. WANG has more than 12 years of enterprise management and operation experience. Before her appointment as the chief executive officer, Ms. WANG was in charge of the finance department, human resources department, international trading department, investment management department and shipping transportation department of the Group. Ms. WANG completed an Executive MBA Programme sponsored by the Risk Capital and Network Economy Research Center of China Renmin University and China Enterprise Management Training Center in 2002. Before joining the Group in 2000, Ms. WANG worked in COFCO Industry (Qinhuangdao) Pangthai Co., Ltd.

 
     
temp1 Mr. WENG Li is the vice president and an executive director of the Group. Mr. WENG is principally responsible for investment management of the Group. Mr. WENG graduated with a master degree in economics major in international finance from Wuhan University. Mr. WENG has more than 10 years of assets management and investment experience. Before joining the Group in 2005, Mr. WENG worked in Changjiang Securities Company Limited.  
     
temp1 Ms. LIU Xiaomei is an executive director. Ms. LIU is principally responsible for the financial and accounting management of the Group. Ms. LIU graduated with a bachelor degree in auditing from Nankai University. Ms. LIU has more than 14 years of experience in the accounting and finance field. Prior to joining the Group in 2005, Ms. LIU worked in Qinhuangdao Zhengyuan Certified Public Accountants Co. Ltd., Hebei Hengxin Certified Public Accountants Limited Office, and Qinhuangdao City Audit Bureau.
