SENIOR MANAGEMENT
  Mr. MAK King Pui, Ricky is the chief financial officer and the company secretary of the Group. Mr. MAK has over 14 years of experience in auditing and financial management. Mr. MAK graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (formerly known as Hong Kong Polytechnic) with a bachelor degree of Arts in accountancy. Mr. MAK is a non-practicing member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom. Prior to joining the Group in April 2008, Mr. MAK worked for China Aoyuan Property Group Limited; a subsidiary of TOM Group Limited; and an international accounting firm in Hong Kong.  
     
 

Mr. SHEN Hongwu is the vice president of the Group. Mr. SHEN is principally responsible for the sale and marketing operation of the Group. Mr. SHEN graduated with a bachelor degree in economics from Zhongshan University. Mr. SHEN has more than 12 years of working experience. Before joining the Group in 2006, Mr. SHEN worked in management-related areas in a number of companies, including Guangzhou Development Oil Product Sales Company Limited and Guangzhou Zhujiang Electric Energy Company Limited from 1996 to 2006.

 
     
 

Mr. DAI Dongwu is the vice president of the Group. Mr. DAI is principally responsible for the logistics operation including loading stations, railway transportation and storing of ports of the Group. Mr. DAI has more than 10 years of working experience. Mr. Dai joined the Group in 2000, and worked as general manager of Datong Xiejiazhuang Jinfa Trading and Transportation Co. Ltd., and the deputy general manager of logistics department.

  
     
 

Mr. MA Baofeng is the vice president of the Group. Mr. MA is principally responsible for coal purchasing in PRC and supervision of its own coal mines of the Group. Mr. MA has more than 10 years of working experience. Mr. MA joined the Group in 1999, and worked as deputy general manager of purchase and sales department and purchasing manager of mining zone.

  
     
  Mr. LI Yong is the standing deputy general manager of Zhuhai Qinfa Shipping Co., Ltd,. Mr. LI graduated with a bachelor degree from Nanjing Forestry University and obtained a master degree in management from Tianjin Normal University. Mr. LI has more than 10 years of working experience. Prior to joining the Group in 2004, Mr. LI worked in Qinhuangdao Huasheng Trading Co., Ltd.
