中国秦发集团有限公司已签署《担保函》，同意为全资子公司香港秦发能源有限公司与广东广物香港有限公司签订的《煤炭供需合同》项下人民币 3,000 万元的预付款义务提供连带责任保证，最高担保金额不超过人民币 5,000 万元。

China Qinfa Group Limited has executed a Letter of Guarantee, agreeing to provide a joint and several liability guarantee for the prepayment obligations of RMB 30,000,000 under the Coal Supply and Demand Contract entered into between its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Kong Qinfa Energy Limited, and Guangdong GW (Hong Kong) Company Limited with the maximum guarantee amount not exceeding RMB 50,000,000.
